Resolve Accounting Provider Post-Auth Field Values

/api/v2/accounting/:provider/fields/values

Resolve dependent POST_AUTH fields tier-by-tier (e.g. Zoho's org id -> payment account).

Submit known values, get back everything resolved so far this session plus which fields are still pending an unmet dependency -- call again with newly-picked values to unlock the next tier. Purely a staging/resolution aid; never writes to the persisted config.
