List Accounting Provider Branch Options

/api/v2/accounting/:provider/branches/options

List this provider's branches/locations available to map Stream branches onto.

Raises ACCOUNTING_BRANCHES_NOT_SUPPORTED if this provider/org has no branches/locations concept -- the frontend should catch that code and skip branch mapping entirely.
