/api/v2/authentication/oauth/:provider/authorize

Redirect the browser straight to the OAuth provider's consent screen.

No recaptcha here -- this is a plain browser navigation (e.g. a link/button), which can't carry a token. The provider's own consent screen plus the callback's state check are the abuse guards for this leg.
