Receive MyFatoorah REFUND_STATUS_CHANGED webhooks with no organization_id path segment.

MakeRefund has no per-call IntegrationUrls.Webhook, so MyFatoorah delivers refund events to a single account-level webhook URL configured in their merchant dashboard instead of the per-org path used above. Configure that static URL to point here; the organization is resolved from the refunded payment itself.
